WELCOME TO OUR WHOLESALE WEBSITE. WE HAVE PROVIDED A LIST BELOW THAT WILL OUTLINE REQUIREMENTS FOR PURCHASING UNDER OUR WHOLESALE GUIDELINES. IF YOU HAVE ANY QUESTIONS PLEASE DON’T HESITATE TO CONTACT US.
1. $100.00 minimum is required per order.
2. All items must be purchased in multiples of ‘6’. Please do not alter this requirement. Any order that includes a product quantity that is not a multiple of ‘6’ will be rounded to the next multiple.
3. Accepted payment methods are MASTER CARD, VISA, DISCOVER OR PAYPAL. We do not offer direct billing. We do not accept American Express.
4. PLEASE NOTE- The contents of theme packs are subject to change without notice, due to availability of product and/or redesign.
5. Shipping charges will be calculated at the time of shipping. We ship all packages via the US POSTAL SERVICE. We weight each package and choose the most cost efficient service for each, individual customer. All shipments include tracking information. If you prefer an alternative shipping method please let us know.
6. International Customers: We ship each package via the US POSTAL SERVICE. An itemized email receipt will be sent to you via email only unless you request a physical copy to me mailed directly to you. Our billing office is separate from our shipping department, thus the reason for the invoice not being included along with the shipment.
7. Under normal circumstances wholesale orders will ship within 10-14 business days. In many cases the order will ship within 48 hours. However, depending on the size of the order and the time of year we may need to hole the order for a few days as wholesale items are packaged per customer in the order in which they are received. We will back order items only if the items is out of stock and is not expected to be completed within 10 business days upon request only. If a back order is generated, shipping charges will be calculated at the time of shipping.
8. PAYPAL PAYMENTS: Please be advised that if you choose Paypal as your method of payment you will be choosing to remit your payment at the time the order is placed. You will be invoiced for the shipping once the order has been processed and is ready to ship. – When choosing to pay via credit card, you will not be charged until your order has been completed and has been sent to our shipping department.
